OUR Pastors

Pastor Raymond Tolbert is the senior pastor and founder of Kingdom light assembly. Pastor Ray founded Kingdom light in the year 2010 afer serving previously for 20 years as an envangelist and associate pastor of CAC, Outreach, Deeper Life ministry and Christ holiness assembly.  Pastor Ray is married with five children, two boys and three girls.

Pastor Lucy Bukky Tolbert is the assistant pastor of the headquarters church in Ireland. She was ordained as a pastor of the church in 2010 and has been instrumental in the building of the young ministry. She is an envangelist by calling. She is married to Pastor Raymond the senior pastor.
